My Disney Costume Collection

I want to share with everyone my humble Disney costume collection.

Mickey's Gloves and Bowtie

The item that started it all, Mickey's gloves. This is truly the only item I ever wanted. A few months after writing my "Mickey Gloves" post, I called Theme Park Connection and asked them if they have any Mickey gloves available and they did. I purchased the gloves from them. I'm very happy to own a authentic pair of Mickey gloves. I remember as a kid going to Disney World and wanting to steal the display gloves at Mickey's Toontown house. No need to steel, because I have them now. The glove's tag say "Made in China", guessing they're from Hong Kong Disneyland. One glove was made in 2010 and the other in 2011.

Mickey's yellow satin bowtie, a small purchase from eBay. The tie doesn't have a tag, but Im guessing it's from Disneyland and from the 90's.

Goofy's Gloves

This is a pair of gloves that belonged to Goofy. It doesn't have a tag, but I believe it's from the 90's because of their shape. They're Goofy's because of the black sleeve's attached to the gloves. Between Mickey's and Goofy's gloves, I prefer Goofy's because they're more comfortable to wear. They feel like miniature pillows on your hands. I purchased the gloves from Disney Collector, Phil Sears. Thanks Phil! Also the gloves were part of a bundle I purchased from Sears. Btw, I keep the sleeves tucked inside the gloves.

Chip and Dale Pieces

This is one pair of gloves and one pair of character shoes used for either Chip or Dale from Disneyland from 1990. I purchased them from Phil Sears.

Goofy Tuxedo

An incredible piece altogether. This is Goofy's black tuxedo from Disney World. This tuxedo was used during special events like premiers, or wedding ceremonies. It don't have a date, but I think it's from 00's because of the condition. The tuxedo suit came with: Goofy's gloves, black jacket, black pants with suspenders, white vest with black bow tie, black top hat, walking cane, black shoes, performing socks and black spats. I purchased it from Phil Sears.

Goofy's tux hat, too big for me. In the background you can see my bare ruby slipper.

A similar suit to mine. credit

Minnie's Polka Dot Dress

This is my second favorite piece in my collection. I only have the dress, I'm missing the matching bow and the bloomers. The dress is from Disneyland and I believe it's from the 90's or early 00's. The tag doesn't say the date, it only says "Minnie Mouse." I got the dress on eBay and it's on good conditions, minor stains here and there.

Here a few items I would like to add to my collection:
From Minnie: Shoes, Bow, Bloomers
From Mickey: Shoes, Pants, Vest
Tokyo Disneyland Mickey Gloves
Donald or Daisy Hands/Gloves
Daisy's Shoes
Pluto's Collar

    1. I only have one item right now which is Mickeys Tux jacket. The gloves were the main thing I've always wanted. I'd be interested in selling the jacket depending on offer. But any help towards the globe's would be appreciated and I could possibly exchange the jacket for. Let's chat.
